Fishing, rollerblading, trimming, walking, cycling, horse riding or going on a survival trip; it is all possible in this area. There is a freely accessible outdoor area and the so-called Strandbad (Beach bath), for which a small entrance fee applies.

Strandbad
For a fun day out, you can visit the Strandbad, where water, spacious sunbathing areas and beautiful sandy beaches offer you many recreational opportunities. The fantastic play island completes it all. The Strandbad requires an admission fee.

Swimming
The quality of the bathing water is good. In summer, the water is checked regularly. Qualified bathing staff supervise swimmers.

Playing
Children can have great fun on the many play and climbing equipment on the sunbathing meadows. In the water there is a play island with many water games such as a water slide, climbing apparatus and water maze.

Facilities
You will find toilets and a first aid post at the Strandbad. In fine weather, one or more foodtrucks are open, depending on the crowds.

Opening times

  • Open from mid-April to mid-September from 9am to 6pm (every day). In great weather, temperatures above 25°, the beach pool stays open longer. Closing time and end of season are then posted at the entrances.
